Absolutely OUTSTANDING service. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, Jimmy did everything he possibly could to make our time there as relaxing as possible. With our stay being out of season, we were the only two people at the B&B but this didn't stop Jimmy providing absolutely first class service. Being at Betty's honestly felt like being at home and visiting a relative; nothing was left to the imagination and we were made to feel like part of the family.
A huge thumbs up to everyone who has made the place possible. It was an absolute pleasure for my boyfriend and I to stay there and I have no doubt that through Jimmy's incredible customer service that it will continue to grow in popularity!

Just returned from two nights in Blackpool @ Bettys Hotel. We had an amazing time and there is one very good reason why.......Jimmy! He is the best hotelier I have met (I've met hudreds) I will never stay anywhere else in Blackpool again!

hotel was gerat the best hotel we have ever stayed ina nd we will be visiting plenty of more times really enjoyed it, jimmy is a top bloke very friendley and welcoming will do anything for you, we had a great laugh with him hes top  . the hotel is very modern and just looks the same as the pictures and clean.

There is absolutely no doubt I would visit Betty's again and would definitely recommend the place to all!
Jimmy is a fantastic host and goes out of his way to make sure your stay is the best it could be.
The breakfast in the morning is great, we had a lot of choice what we would like to eat. Jimmy offered us everything from toast, cereal to a full english breakfast! Everything is already out on the tables so you can just help yourself to what you want.
The hotel itself is modern and very clean. We had fresh towels on our bed on arrival, fresh bed sheets and covers and fresh soaps in our bathroom. There is also spare pillows in the wardrobes in case any more is needed.
You really feel like home in this place and you won't want to leave!

Loved every minute at Betty's hotel. Jimmy is fantastic and will get you anything you need! Deffinitely be staying here again! There is no other hotel where you can stay up until 7 in the morning, chatting to the owner and then get yourself a full english...and other things...from Jo!!
Miss you already!!

bettys is the best hotel iv ever stayed in and iv been comming bpool for 20yrs.its not only spotless but the host jimmy does a marvelous jiob on his own.theres nothing too much trouble for him.cant wait to visit bpool again.bettys every time.jim,your a great guy.thanx for making our stay so fantastic.

Hi Jimmy had a excellent new year with all the lads that were there nothing was any trouble. You are always asking if there is anything that you can do to help the stay any better or ideas to improve. just keep doing what you are doing as you cannot ask for any more. its like home from home nice and clean and a nice welcome when you arrive to you leave. see you in a few weeks.

Well what can i say! the guest-book say's it all and this is why we decided to stay at Betty's.
Jimmy is fantastic he will do anything for you, Hotel very clean. modern and tidy.hot tub was an added bonus. even though it was out of season we had a great time in Blackpool.
will definitely return in the new year!

To get away with what Blackpool used to offer is not what discerning clients now want and expect. This GEM of a hotel offers you the flexibility on a number of issues that you really would not get from any other hotel. Jimmy you have set the standard now for others to follow.
